When analyzing research samples we use golden standard techniques. We always use hardware upgraded to up-to-date settings and the latest methods in diagnostics. Our FINAS accreditation covers also research samples within our competence area. In all clinical research services, we follow the Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles.

We offer individualized research project service in medical research

Our experts can be part of the research project as early on as from the planning stages. Our services are tailored to the needs of the research client and can include, among others, instruction with regard to taking and handling the samples, reporting by the named research coordinator and the analysis of the samples provided with detailed results.

We are currently involved in a research project studying the safety and efficacy of a vaccination protecting against ETEC bacteria

Along with our partners University of Helsinki, the Hospital District of Helsinki and Uusimaa, Lääkärikeskus Aava, Villa Karo and Scandinavian Biopharman we are providing local laboratory services to cater the needs of a vaccination study in Benin, Africa. The aim of the study is to research the safety and protective efficacy of a vaccine that protects against ETEC (Enterotoxic E. coli). ETEC is a common cause for a traveler’s diarrhea and a vaccine could save the lives of millions of children in developing countries.

Our goal is to bring our laboratory services to developing countries
